The first legal Whiskey distillery in Houston became operational in 2010, named after a folk heroine and nestled smack dab in the middle of the city. Since the launch of their first product in 2012, their juice has brought home several awards, with Yellow Rose opening a tasting room and expanding considerably over the years.

Yellow Rose Premium Collection #1 Port Barrel Finish Bourbon Whiskey is the very first release in their Premium Collection. Obviously, the first one is always special and this one wasnt made the easy way. The recipe was more than well thought out and it probably had more than one sweat drop dripping over it. Port barrels were picked for maturation to add that extra richness of flavors. Only 6,000 bottles of this unique beauty were released.
