Rich reddish amber, delicately rich and decadent with subtle acidity. Dried raisins and prunes with hints of sundried tomatoes. Buttery with lingering acidity and a touch of bitterness. The Spanish oak is considered an enhancer, giving Yamazaki its signature richness and delicate acidity, particularly prominent in Yamazaki’s 18 year.
