Our Flagship 5 year straight bourbon finished in 10-year-old Moscatel de Setbal pipes. This finishing process adds notes of dried apricot and orange peel, with a honey and toffee sweetness. A sweet dessert wine made with muscat grapes grown on the Setbal peninsula in Southern Portugal. Used casks of this particular wine are not plentiful, so Woodinville senior distiller, Mike Steine.
