This whiskey is an ode to our distillers creativity, and willingness to foray into uncharted territory in the pursuit of new flavor. This single barrel was originally used for Tennessee whiskey, and then aged Christian Krogstads namesake Gamle Aquavit before Culmination Brewing filled it with their standout porter. When the barrel returned to us, we gave it a fourth life, letting our whiskey steep in it for four years, where rich and diverse flavors fitting of the barrels storied past were drawn to the forefront.
