A celebration of Oregons legendary brewing culture, this whiskey pushes the boundaries of flavor.

Our Stout Cask Finish begins with Westward Whiskey Original, then is aged for up to one year in barrels that once held Stout from our local brewery collaborators. These casks, seasoned with rich and roasty beer, lend notes of chocolate, coffee, and dark maltenhancing the depth of our whiskey without overpowering it.

For nearly a decade, weve exchanged barrels with some of the Northwests top brewers in a shared tradition of craftsmanship. This whiskey is the product of that creative exchange.
