Westward x Kens Artisan Sourdough Whiskey was inspired by fellow maker, James Beard Award-Winning baker, Ken Forkish. For this whiskey, we utilized sourdough yeast in our whiskey-making process – a first in the world of distilling – to yield a host of new flavors. This one-of-a-kind whiskey is available exclusively to club members. Westward Whiskey Two Malts Rye represents our exploration of grain variation. For this whiskey, we brought together malted rye and barley to create a remarkable whiskey that cant be found outside of our club.
