Vizcaya Cask 21 VXOP, our first in the Vizcaya family, was chosen to represent the classic aged and rare rums of Cuban heritage. The base rum is comprised of 15 year to 21 solera aged rums from the select finest sherry casks. The finishing touch includes an added measure of imperial style 30 year old rum to give the Cask 21 VXOP its complex weaving of flavors and characters. The resulting product is akin to an XO cognac estate and meant for the ultimate enjoyment and for true connoisseurs.
