Veritas is intented to be the best possible white rum: combining the best of Barbados column still rum with ‘funk’ – un-aged Jamaica pot still rum – and a little 2-year-old Foursquare pot still rum. Bottled at 47% ABV
Nose: Fresh cane, tropical fruits, a hint of banana, and a touch of vanilla with grassy undertones.

Palate: Crisp and clean with flavors of green apple, citrus zest, white pepper, and a subtle funkiness from the pot still rum.

Finish: Light, slightly spicy, with lingering notes of tropical fruits and a hint of sweetness.
