Two Hands was formed in 1999 with the clear objective of making the best possible Shiraz from Australias top producing Shiraz sites. Proprietors Michael Twelftree and Richard Mintz philosophy is quite simple From the beginning, we have set out to build a wine company that is different in its approach, one that is innovative and not afraid to think outside the square. We want to put some fun back into wine.The 2012 Angels Share was aged for 12 months in oak of which 12% was new American and the remainder in one to six year old French and American hogsheads.
