A single malt fromSpeyside’s Tomintoul distillery matured in casks made from American white oak and distilled in copper pot stills. The Tomintoul 27yo is now adiscontinued expressionand no longer forms part of Tomintouls range. Bottled at 43%.

Nose: Rich and complex with aromas of honey, vanilla, and toasty oak. Hints of dried fruit, such as apricot and fig, along with subtle notes of spice and a touch of leather.

Palate: Smooth and elegant with flavors of ripe pear, toffee, and malt. The American white oak cask maturation imparts creamy vanilla and a gentle spice, with layers of rich fruit and a hint of nutty oak.

Finish: Long and warm, with lingering notes of dried fruit, honey, and a gentle spice.
