A 10 year old bottling of Scotch Whisky from Tomatin distillery. The bottling strength of this whisky is 40% which is at the lower end of the scale for whiskies. Although these days many consumers are pushing for producers to bottle closer to 43% or 46% there are still some fine lower strength whiskies.

Nose:Fresh and inviting with aromas of citrus, vanilla, and malt. Subtle hints of orchard fruit, honey, and a touch of oak add depth.

Palate: Smooth and balanced with flavors of crisp apple, honeyed malt, and a hint of spice. Light and approachable with a touch of vanilla and a gentle oak influence.

Finish: Short to medium, with lingering notes of fruit and a mild spice.
