Private Barrel Co Single Malt Whisky (2008 Distillation, 10 Years) was distilled by our Master Distiller, Andy Watts, and matured for 10 years in a combination of older and younger American oak barrels to enhance the delicate flavors of the spirit. Un-chillfiltered, with natural color, and bottled at 46.3% ABV, this whisky is presented in its most natural form.

Nose: Hints of raisins, Christmas fruit cake, shortbread, burnt caramel, white pepper, and alluring smoke.

Palate: Spicy nuttiness, medium peat, and tropical fruit.

Finish: A long and lingering finish of spicy nuttiness leads to an inviting rum and raisin ending.
