This is a blend of single malt and single pot still Irish whiskies finished for six months in Caribbean Rum casks. The nose has notes of molasses, brown sugar, oak tannins, and citrus fruits. The taste has mulled wine-like spices, along with touches of molasses cookies, caramel, honey, and oak. The finish is long and sweet with just a hint of spice.
