The Glenlivet’s Single Malt whisky has been finished in three types of casks: first-fill Oloroso Sherry, Troncais Cognac, and Colheita vintage Port. This triple cask finish adds depth, smoothness, and a hint of spice to the whisky’s signature smooth and fruity flavor. The resulting whisky has a luscious taste, with notes of caramelized pears and juicy sultanas, as well as fragrant nutmeg and warm cinnamon from the Cognac cask influence.
