Our launch edition Jaguar head commemorates the origins of mezcal, pulque and the famous Jaguar warrior that were afforded the privilege of sipping on the nectar of Mayahuel the goddess of agave. In the desert and lands where our wild agave grows, there is also an abundant population of the puma or mountain lion. It is in this way that our story comes full circle, entwining our past with the passion and labor of today.
