The Tabernero winery is located in the Chincha Valley, located southeast of the capital, Lima. While it’s not trendy to drink Peruvian wine, this is the very reason why we find this red wine so valuable. A touch sweet with aromas of candied cherries. On the palate, there is a touch of sweetness and a subtle reminder of cherry licorice.
