Winemaker Notes

To craft this sweet and juicy red wine, winemakers blend Merlot, Zinfandel, and Syrah grapes. Its a delightful and unexpected blend that highlights the best attributes of each varietal. To preserve its fresh, fruity aromas and flavors, the wine is cold-fermented and aged entirely in stainless steel tanks. The natural residual grape sweetness is complemented by the blends soft tannins to provide a luscious mouthfeel.
