Winemaker Notes

Pinot Grigio from California tends to be more fruit-forward than its Italian counterpart. To enhance our Pinot Grigios fresh fruit flavors and delicate aromas, our winemakers do not use malolactic fermentation. The Pinot Grigio is cold-fermented at 55F and aged entirely in stainless steel tanks to maintain the wines crisp acidity.
