Springbank 11 Year Old Local Barley

Springbank 11 Year Old Local Barley is a limited edition single malt made using traditional bere barley grown at Aros Farm, just outside Campbeltown. This release reflects Springbanks commitment to grain to glass production all processes from barley sourcing to bottling are done locally.

Matured in a mix of ex-bourbon and ex-sherry casks, the whisky offers rich, earthy depth with maritime notes and balanced sweetness. Its a bold dram that captures the natural, old-style character Springbank is known for.

This expression is non-chillfiltered, naturally coloured, and bottled at 53.1% ABV.

Nose: Toasted malt, sweet grain, sea air, and a touch of smoke

Palate: Creamy vanilla, oak spice, dried fruit, and malt

Finish: Long and warming with light smoke, salt, and rich grain notes
