Springbank 25 Year Old 2021 Release 70cl

The 2021 edition of Springbank’s 25 year old. This release has beenmade from 70% sherry casks, 15% bourbon casks and 15% rum casksand is limited to an outrun of 1,400 bottles globally.

Nose: Soft peat, maritime brine, strawberry jam, dunnage

Palate:Oak, rubber, strawberry twizzle, peat is still here warming the palate, light pepper and ginger bite

Finish: Juicy and dry at the same time, the red berry and oak drive the flavors with the peat and spice making it last for a long time
