Nose: Sweet-fruity, sour, with blackberries and nuts, wine gum and salty licorice. Changes again and again over time and also the distance between the nose and the glass

Palate:Oily, strong start with pepper, a bit sweet, but then leather, earthy aromas, dark chocolate, a little caramel and salt quickly dominate

Finish:long, becoming significantly more bitter with orange jam, musty cellar, pepper, salt and dark red fruits
