45% Bourbon, 20% Rum, 20% Sherry, 15% Port

Bottled at 46% ABV

Nose: Roast chestnut, maple syrup, salted crackers and sweet smoke.

Palete: Honey, orange peel, smoked meats, a touch of coffee bean and dark chocolate.

Finish: Lasting savoury hints with a little touch of caramel sweetness for balance.
