ThisSpringbank 10 Year Old Amontillado Cask is the third release in the distillerys limited sherry cask series. Amontillado sherry, known for both biological and oxidative aging, brings together freshness and nutty depth. The casks were sourced from Miguel Martn, one of Spains top sherry producers.

Matured exclusively in Amontillado casks, this Campbeltown single malt reveals notes of toasted nuts, dried fruits, briny malt, and subtle oak spice. Its complex, savoury, and distinctly Springbank with that signature coastal character beneath the rich sherry influence. Bottled at 55% ABV.

Nose: Salted almonds, walnut shells, orange peel, and light coastal smoke

Palate: Dried apricot, malt loaf, sea salt, cracked pepper, and oak

Finish: Long and warming, with a balance of sherry sweetness and briny dryness
