Nose: Rich sherried fruitcake, buttered malt loaf, and fresh stone fruits.

Palate: Layers of peaches, dried apricots, cherries, and dark berries, rounded by caramelised nuts, chocolate raisins, brown sugar, and baking spices.

Finish: Sweet, tangy oak with lingering notes of sugared fruits and roasted almonds.
