Mash Bill: 100% malted barley (10% smoked with cherry & alder woods)
Fermentation: Brewed at our on-site brewery, just yards from the distillery
Aging: Matured in char #3 new American oak barrels
Proof: 105 (to preserve its full depth of flavor)
