Riazule o is produced by Riazul in the foothills of San Dionisio Ocotepec in Oaxaca, Mexico on a single estate, owned and operated by our Maestro Mezcalero Gelasio Cruz. It is produced in the traditional, artisanal manner dating back hundreds of years.
