Nose Rich and full-bodied, apples and pears, calvados and a good spice. Hints of peels and marmalde with a good greenness.

Palate is well-balanced and full. There are some chewy sherry notes; sultanas and spice with liquorice and oaked heat

Finish is long and well-oaked with peppery spice.
