Penca Azul is crafted by the Ruiz Family with over 100 years of experience in the art of making fine tequila. Penca Azul is made from 100% blue agave plants that are cooked in brick ovens, fermented naturally and double distilled. Penca Azul Reposado is made in small batches and aged to perfection in fine oak barrels.

Herbaceous notes with caramel and oak. Delicate flavors of agave with fruit and spices. Long with hints of spice.
