Launched in 2019 as part of the Paul John Select Cask range, this is an unpeated single malt finished in Oloroso sherry casks. Bottled at 48% 750ml.

Nose: Sherry-inspired aromas of peach, apricot, molasses, and a hint of blood orange.

Palate: Smooth with notes of nutty chocolate and sweet Melton Hunt cake, balanced by gentle spices.

Finish: Long and rich, with lingering mocha, dark chocolate, and warm spice.
