Glenlossie 12 Year Old 2011 Oloroso Single Cask

This 12-year-old Glenlossie single malt was distilled in 2011 and matured and finished in a single oloroso sherry cask before being bottled in 2023 at 51.4% ABV by OLOa label from respected independent bottler, Global Whisky. The influence of the sherry cask adds luscious layers of dried fruits, toasted spices, and silky oak to Glenlossies naturally smooth and floral spirit.

Global Whisky, founded in 2017 in Glasgow, is known for curating high-quality single cask whiskies under brands like Auld Goonsy’s, Red Cask Co, and Concept 8. The OLO series focuses on oloroso finishes, delivering whiskies with sherried complexity and character.

Bottled at 51.4% ABV. No coloring, no chill filtration.

Nose: Soft caramel, golden sultanas, orange zest, and toasted almonds.

Palate: Stewed fruits, nutmeg, honeycomb, and hints of dry sherry.

Finish: Elegant and lingering with spice, oak, and sweet malt.
