Discontinued in 2017 due to insufficient stock, Old Pulteney 17yo is predominantly matured in ex-bourbon casks, with a portion wholly matured in ex-sherry, Spanish oak casks (primarily Pedro Ximenez and Oloroso). Non-chillfiltered and bottled at 46%.

Nose: Starts sweet with traces of apples and pears and then moves on to a soft oak and a hint of salted butterscotch!

Palate: Thoroughly mouth-coating with hints of vanilla and sweet fruits (guava and peaches) accompanied by softer floral notes in the background.

Finish: Long with drying oak and apples.
