A 16 year old single malt Scotch whisky from the Highland ark distillery, aged in refill sherry casks and bottled by Murray McDavid in 2005. Part of a limited release of 1800 bottles.

Bottled at 46% ABV (Bottle size750ml)

Nose: Rich sherry notes with dried fruit, nuts, and hints of chocolate and spice.

Palate: Smooth with flavors of toffee, dark fruit, and a touch of oak. Subtle spices and a hint of smoke may be present.

Finish: Long and warming with lingering sherry sweetness and oak.
