Flamingo is the new release of the historical Franciacorta Ros Brut. Inspired by the city that never sleeps ‘Las Vegas’, Flamingo is a marriage of 40% Pinot Noir and 60% Chardonnay. Starting with a soft pressing of a selection of the best grapes, fermentation takes place partially in stainless steel at controlled temperature, and part in oak barrel before ageing in bottle for at least 24 months.
