Released in 2020 as part of the Milk & HoneyElementsseries, a range of single malt whiskies exploring the variety of flavours that different types of casks can impart. This particular expression was matured in casks from Islay that held peated whisky, and then blended with ex-bourbon barrel-aged single malt. Non-chillfiltered, naturally coloured and bottled at 46%. (Bottle size 750ml)

Nose:Delightfully fresh. A distinct smoky, earthy scent opens to a unique balance of vanilla and oak notes, with a final hint of lemon.

Palate:Medium bodied. Vanilla sweetness is followed by a delicate peat touch. A light spiciness accompanies ginger and lemon flavors.

Finish:Long. The peat coats the mouth, with delicate oak and lemon flavours lingering on the tongue.
