The Pias are squeezed, not crushed, for an extra smooth and never bitter finish and then finally Mi Campo Tequila is aged in Napa Valley wine barrels, originating from the renowned Robert Mondavi Winery, imparting a unique complexity, smooth finish, and pleasant agave aromas. The Mi Campo TequilaBlanco is double distilled, then fermented in open-air tanks, amid fragrant citrus trees, before resting for up to one month in the same French oak barrels used for aging Napa Valley Chardonnay, imparting an incredibly smooth taste. A nose of cooked agave, banana, fresh coconut, almonds, sweet orange and green apple is layered over hints of elegant vanilla.
