Meiomi Cabernet Sauvignon is made with traditional Bordeaux winemaking practices, with a little bit of New World ingenuity. This results in a dark, rich, and soft wine, which is then aged with both French and American oak to bring out the ripeness of the fruit and to deliver a great baking spice nose. The combination of these activities creates a wonderfully balanced wine.
