Distilled in 1993 at Mortlach and bottled in 2006, this 12 Year Old Speyside single malt from The McGibbons Provenance Winter Distillation is matured in a single sherry butt. Un-chillfiltered and natural in colour, it offers rich notes of ginger, dessert spices, mahogany wood, and soft late smoke at 46% ABV.

Nose: Rich with ginger, dessert spices, and deep mahogany from sherry cask influence.

Palate: Spicy and sweet with dried fruits, soft oak, and a hint of smoke.

Finish: Long, warm, and smoothly spiced, typical of Mortlachs bold style.
