Aged in barrels made of 80% American oak and 20% French oak for at least a full year, Mara Aejo is a full bodied mescal with aromatic and complex wood, vanilla, coffee, caramel and floral tones. This incredibly smooth drink has soft hints of dry fruits such as prunes and figs as well as chocolate flavors and is lightly smoky.
