Nose: Rich raisin and sultana, cinnamon, apple, pear, sweet oak, treacle sponge, and vanilla.

Palate: Sultana, rich velvety butterscotch, toasted oak, chocolate, and nutmeg with a touch of anise.

Finish: Medium finish with toasted oak and spice.
