The Macallan 30 Year Old Sherry Oak 1990’s Single Malt Scotch Whisky

A very collectable blue label expression of The Macallan 30 year old, produced during the late 1990’s until around the mid 2000’s. This is also the last edition of the 30yo to be released before the introduction of the Fine Oak series, and before Macallan revamped their bottle shape and packaging. Exclusively matured for 30 years in handcrafted sherry oak casks from Jerez, Spain. Bottled at 43%ABV (Bottle size 750ml)

Nose: Rich sherry influence with dried fruits, nuts, and spices. Hints of vanilla and oak.

Palate: Deep flavors of dark chocolate, toffee, and dried fruit. A touch of spice and a subtle nuttiness.

Finish: Long and smooth with lingering notes of sherry and oak.
