The 2018MacallanExceptional Casks were bottled mostly for the United States and parts of Asia. Therange takes its name from a number of single caskbottlingsMacallanreleased during the1990s,which are often described as some of “the greatestMacallanof them all.“

Distilled on the 21th April 2005 and bottled over 13 years later after maturing in single European oak sherry butt #6513 (Ref: 2017/ESH-6513/05).

Selected by MacallanWhisky MakerSarah Burgess, this was the 5thcask to be reserved for the 2018 series on 12th December of 2017.

One of only 483 bottles.
