Nose: Dry peat, smoky, dairy, grape, red wine, cherry, grapefruit, lemon, honey.
Taste: Peat, dry, grape, light smoke, earth, honey, lemon, wood.
Finish: Peat, smoky, wood, apple tart, lemon peel.
