Longrow 18 Year Old 2019 Release

The Longrow 18 Year Old is a heavily peated, double-distilled single malt from the renowned Springbank Distillery in Campbeltown. Originally an experiment in creating a peated Campbeltown whisky, Longrow has grown in popularity for its bold, smoky, and robust character. Bottled at 46%ABV

Nose: Apple peels, earthy peat, damp leaves, truffle, wood smoke, porridge oats, and soot.

Palate: Bold peat smoke, spicy pepper, chili, and orange zest. Oily texture with notes of kippers, smoked meats, and a touch of honey.

Finish: Long, spicy, and oily with lingering dark, earthy peat.
