The Loch Lomond Scottish distillery is rare in that it produces both grain and malt whisky, and even rarer that this single grain whiskythey produced is done so with 100% malted barley (and not the usual corn/wheat/rye as is the norm)! Matured exclusively in American oak. Bottled at 46%.

Nose:Fresh cut barley fields with a malty edge, biscuity with baked apples (and other sweet fruits) alongside gentle lemon peel.

Palate:Oily and crisp with pineapple juice and a lemon zestiness along with a lovely vanilla and coconut sweetness at the end.

Finish:Softer with gentle fruit notes, alongside a juicy sweetness, some nuttiness and soft spice.
