This shows a mineral nose with notes of pears, orchid blossom and melon skins with some flinty reduction to it. Its chalky and lightly phenolic with a medium body. Beautiful texture. Theres attractive fruit underneath, reminiscent of peach skins and white cherries. Flavorful finish.

This wine is vibrant, fresh and graceful from the start. Aromas of fresh-cut white flowers, Bosc pear, sweet spice and crushed rock arise from the glass. The palate shows ripe McIntosh apple, with creaminess that is perfectly balanced by a zap of acidity on the finish.
