Lindores Lowland Single Malt Scotch Whisky The Casks of Lindores 2 STR Wine Barrique is a limited release matured in shaved, toasted, and re-charred red wine barriques from Spain and Portugal. Aged for 4 years and 8 months, this whisky delivers a rich balance of fruit, spice, and sweetness. Bottled onsite at 49.4% ABV, it is a fine showcase of Lindores Abbeys craft.

Nose: Fruity plum jam, caramelised muscovado sugar, butter tablet, and cinnamon.

Palate: Sweet plums, dates, ripe apricots, baking spice, roasted chestnuts, apple and cinnamon pie.

Finish: Smooth, warming, with lingering sweetness and spice.
