Part of the Diageo 2017 Special Releases, this Islay single malt is the 15th in a series of special 12 year old releases from Lagavulin. This limited edition has been matured in refill American oak hogsheads before bottling at a natural cask strength of 56.5% ABV (Bottle size 750ml)

Nose: Smoky and maritime with hints of seaweed, brine, and citrus.

Palate: Intense peat smoke, vanilla, and a touch of pepper.

Finish: Long and warming with lingering smoke and a hint of sweetness.
