The traditional grape varieties, Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, are night-harvested under the light of the stars. Krone Ros Cuve Brut is bottle-fermented and matured on the lees in the estates cool underground cellar. A fresh and floral bouquet of rosewater and cherry blossoms leads to waves of strawberry and cranberry freshness that weave through the lifted palate along a seam of superfine bubbles; zest of blood orange and mandarin peel radiates toward the edges.The acidity is pure and structural leading into a dry strawberry-hued finish.
