This special bottling of Korbel Brut is made with 100% organically grown grapes from some of California’s premier vineyards.

Winemaking Notes: To make Korbel Brut – Made with Organically Grown Grapes, not only do we use organically grown grapes, we also certify the entire winery as an organic processor. Korbels traditional Mthode Champenoise process is well suited to the production of California champagne made with organic grapes. We work with the CCOF to make sure that our winemaking practices are sustainable and environmentally friendly.

Korbel Brut Made with Organically Grown Grapes is created in the classic Korbel style, crisp, delicate and bright. We always strive to present the pure flavors of the grape in all our California champagnes. The organically grown grapes in this cuve deliver well-integrated aromas and flavors of apple, pear, white peach and strawberry. The finish is medium dry.

Food Pairing: This California champagne is a fruit bowl with subtle citrus notes. This sparkling wine works beautifully with seafood that exemplify delicate richness, such as scallops, poached shrimp, or even fried oysters. Its a great brunch wine, as its delicious with egg dishes and creamier flavors. It would also pair nicely with any chicken dishes involving a light gravy or creamy sauce.
