A small batch release from Kilchoman distillery which is a vatting of first fill bourbon barrels distilled in 2008 then finished in fresh Oloroso sherry butts before being bottled in November 2013 at 58.2% vol.

Nose: Aromatic hay with greasy, slightly ashy smoke. Rich sherry notes complemented by fruity hints of raspberry and strawberry, alongside a touch of lemon.

Palate: Spicy and smoky, featuring flavors of bacon and ash with sweet sherry notes and a hint of bitterness from strawberry.

Finish: Long and complex, with smoky and spicy elements, a bittersweet balance, and a pronounced sweetness.
